Well, after a yummy breakfast at the hotel, we were on the road again. Part two of the trip went pretty smoothly. Logan got pretty cranky near the end of the drive, but we made it here safely. As soon as we arrived, I went to work. Jennifer had managed to borrow a crib from a church friend, for Logan to use during our visit. Amazingly enough, it is the exact same crib we have at home. But it had been in this person's attic for 8 years. Needless to say, it needed a bit of cleaning! There are no pictures of us putting the crib together, since it took both of us quite a while to figure it out. It was pretty funny. We probably put it together every wrong way possible, before finally getting it right!
Logan didn't waste any time at all checking out all the toys. Jennifer is a first-grade teacher, so she has lots of toys & books at school. She was kind enough to bring home several books, plus legos & lincoln logs, for the boys to play with.
Logan also really likes the dog toys. Jennifer's dog, Blackie, is having to learn to share his toys with Logan. Especially the squeaky ones!
Here is one of Logan's new tricks. He'll pick something up, then drop over his shoulder behind him. It's pretty cute.
