The Magic Daddy Touch

Matt has some kind of special connection with Logan. Logan is NOT a snuggly baby... usually. But ever since Matt got back home, all Logan wants to do is cuddle with daddy.

Last weekend, Logan's eardrum burst from a severe ear infection. These pictures are from later in the day. Logan was really miserable. He crawled up in daddy's lap, and within minutes had gone from crying to fast asleep. They're adorable together, aren't they?

A Violent Bath

We were getting Tristan ready for his bath. He asked to have 2 water coloring tablets in the bath tonight. He wanted blue and purple, because blue and purple make violent. We laughed and laughed, then told him that he was close, but blue and purple actually make violet. :-)

Who Do You Love?

Tristan woke me up at 5 this morning. We've been just hanging out in the living room together. We just went to wake Daddy up, and had the following conversation...

Me: Wake up, Matt. We miss you! We love you!
Me (to Tristan): I love my husband. Who do you love?
Tristan: I love Savannah, and Rodney, and April.
Me: Um... And your Dad, too?
Tristan: Yes, him too. And you. I love Savannah's parents, and my parents.

You just never know what you're gonna get with Tristan. :-)

THE BIG REVEAL (drumroll, please...)

I've been trying for a while to get the house "put together", and I've finally made some real progress! I'm so excited to be able to show you pictures of what I've accomplished so far. (If it's not pictured, I haven't gotten to it yet. :))
